What we did: In the first few days of the school year there was a square made out of blue tape and one of the teachers asked "What can we do with this space?". Then someone said that you can live in it and that is when we began with this project. Trough the year we would watch tiny house videos and take notes on them. We would watch families going tiny by having their own custom house and by downsizing what they have. Later on we built a cardboard tiny house in our class, each group was assigned to build a part of the house with cardboard box and my team got the stairs. Reflection: While building the cardboard house, my team probably got the hardest part; the stairs. We had to do specific measurements of the width and the height and then putting it in the house. It was hard putting it tin because we had to get cardboard boxes so it can stay up. Then looking at the house was cool because it was made out of card board and built in the classroom. Something that I learned during this phase is that not everyone would like to live in a mansion for its space and luxury and that person is me even though tiny houses can be spacious and luxurious.
